Lil' Tigers Tae Kwon Do Lil’ Tigers
Program curriculum is designed for young children from ages 3 to 5 years old to have fun, learn and enjoy martial arts.
The young children in the early stages of development need special attention for qualities such as basic motor skills,
balance development and good flexibility. While developing these important qualities, the Lil’ Tigers
Program will also teach children to concentrate, focus and increase their self-confidence. The children
will also learn the proper manners, etiquettes, attitude and most importantly learning the ability to control themselves.
Junior Tae Kwon Do Juniors Tae Kwon Do is a program
for kids from age 6 to 12 years old. This program concentrates mainly on the kids discipline, while teaching
the kids necessary self-defense techniques; this program also helps to increase flexibility and develop a strong well-balanced
body. The kids will also learn to respect and show courtesy towards the parents, teachers and adults while
learning to control themselves mentally and physically.
Adult Tae Kwon Do 13yrs. and up The adult program offers
knowledge of self-defense, improved coordination, flexibility, strength and self esteem. Taking Tae Kwon
Do also greatly reduces the high levels of daily stress and tension. You will learn proper kicking , punching
and self-defense techniques to give you the confidence to better protect yourself and your family.
Black Belt Program The black belts will learn high-difficulty techniques and advanced self-defense
while learning how to lead and help others. This program will teach students strong discipline to develop
powerful minds and bodies to help them overcome any obstacles they may face in life.
S.T.O.R.M. Team The S.T.O.R.M. Team means "special team of role models". This
program is the what the Navy Seals is to the Navy. The members of the STORM TEAM represent the best of the best who
want to push themselves mentally and pysically to the next level. These students embrace the warrior spirit and lead
by example for other students to follow, inside and outside of the training hall. The program consists of elite martial
arts and demo performance training. The program is voluntary and there is a tryout to get in. Do you have what
